Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using glowlabprotocols.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from Glow Lab Protocols ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, checking the acceptance boxes on entry, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Glow Lab Protocols are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any in-vivo use. By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or acquiring these products for lawful research purposes only, and that you will handle, store, use, and dispose of them in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of any product purchased.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Site or purchase any product. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. No Medical Claims
Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority. Nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and no product is offered for such purposes. Any research references, descriptions, or educational content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, health, or professional advice.
4. Certificates of Analysis (COA)
Source of COAs. Certificates of Analysis ("COAs") displayed or linked on the Site are provided by our third-party supplier/manufacturer and reflect testing performed by an independent analytical laboratory (for example, Horizon Analytical) on the corresponding compound and batch supplied to us. Glow Lab Protocols does not itself perform this laboratory testing.
COAs are made available for informational and transparency purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to display the COA that corresponds to the product and batch we source, batch and lot numbers may change over time, and we do not warrant or guarantee that a displayed COA corresponds to the exact vial or lot you receive. If you require a batch-specific COA for a particular order, please contact us before purchasing. Third-party COAs remain the property of the issuing laboratory and/or supplier and are reproduced or linked with their information for reference only.
5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, unlawful purpose, or errors in pricing or availability. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until payment is processed and the order is confirmed.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Products ship as described at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for ensuring that receipt of the products is lawful at your destination.
7. Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, except where required by law or where a product arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us promptly regarding any issue with an order.
8. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. You assume all risk associated with the purchase, handling, and use of any product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glow Lab Protocols and its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from misuse of the products, including any use inconsistent with their research-use-only designation. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glow Lab Protocols and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of any product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Glow Lab Protocols is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
